Naima Williams

Naima Williams was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and she is truly a woman after God’s own heart. She received her call into ministry in the late 1990s and was licensed in summer 2010. Though newly licensed, Minister Williams is no novice to preaching and teaching the Gospel. She’s been unofficially preaching / teaching God’s Word, intermittently, for nearly a decade—from NYC subway stations, homeless shelters and detention homes to conducting in-home Bible studies.

In addition to being a preacher of the Gospel, Minister Williams also accepted the call into the prophetic office and ministry, having had direct confirmation from the Lord. She’s since yielded herself to the Lord, living a consecrated lifestyle, continually allowing the Lord to order her steps and develop her into what He’s called her to be.

This fiery yet humble servant of God ministers under an authentic prophetic anointing yet has a teaching ministry style. She also has a deep, genuine passion for the building up and edifying the body of Christ. Since her membership of Shekinah Glory Outreach Ministries International in Chesapeake, VA, under the pastorate of Bishop A. Ray Rouson, she’s faithfully served as a part of the street team ministry, a Sunday school teacher, an Associate Minister, and later the Director of Evangelism. She also spearheaded their Online Outreach Ministry and served as its President and Editor in Chief. During her tenure at SGOMI, she also became certified by Christian International Apostolic Network founded Dr. Bill Hamon, to teach how to properly minister in the prophetic based upon Scripture. Additionally, she also served on the prophetic team at Destiny Spirit Apostolic Network under the pastorate of Apostle Astern. She served in these capacities until the Lord called her to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia in July 2010.

Having relocated to Atlanta in strict obedience to God, Minister Williams had to quickly adjust to her new environment; moreover, the new season she now found herself in. Her obedience to the Abrahamic call on her life caused God to shift her from operating just as a Minister to transitioning her into the office of His prophet with an apostolic anointing. Being previously aware of both (call and anointing) caused her not to be surprised when this begun, but it did cause her to marvel at the quick work God began to do in her life once she arrived in Atlanta. Things began to move at a more rapid pace along with super divine connections being formed. Doors began to open and spiritual gifts, anointings and matters began to intensify and move at a more radical pace. Certainly the Scripture in Mark 12:11 applies to all that God is doing in her life, as “This was the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes”! To God be all the glory!

Minister Williams is a loving mother of four amazing children, Naquan, Odyssi, Isaiah and Precious, and the grandmother to one precious baby girl named Nyeemah. She is also the founder of BV Online Media Inc., a company that partners with other small businesses and organizations to help extend their reach beyond brick and mortar by establishing their online presence. She expects to fully launch her business by Spring 2011. In addition to being an entrepreneur, Minister Williams is also a visionary and believes she’s heard the best description of visionary given by an unknown author. This author says that as people of vision, “we see the invisible; we hear the inaudible; we believe the incredible; we think the unthinkable; then we do the impossible!” This certainly describes Minister Williams quite well.
